Mexico’s Posada Group recently announced the construction of a 554-room all-inclusive hotel that will feature a Crystal Lagoon swimming pool.
The US$130 million luxury “Gran Fiesta American” will be built in Punta Cana and will be the eighth luxury brand owned by the Group among the 160 hotels that it manages throughout Mexico. This is the first investment made by the Posada Group outside Mexico.
The new hotel will feature seven restaurants, aquatic sports and a Crystal Lagoon swimming pool, to name but a few of the facilities offered by the hotel.
Dominican President Danilo Medina headed the groundbreaking ceremony which was also attended by Minister of Tourism Francisco Javier Garcia, who said that the country is prepared to receive the most demanding international investors, such as the Posada Group.
