Hodelpa Hotels & Resorts Chain Incorporates Three New Hotels in Santo Domingo’s Colonial Zone

The Dominican-based hotel chain announced that two of the hotels will begin operations this year, significantly broadening its presence in the country’s various tourism regions.
The new facilities are the historic Hodelpa Nicolas de Ovando – currently open to the public -, the 96-room Novus Plaza, scheduled to open later this year, and the Casa Real Hodelpa, formerly the historic French Hotel, which is currently being completely renovated.

The hotels, along with the Hodelpa Caribe Colonial, will bring the number of hotel rooms operated by the hotel chain in Santo Domingo’s Colonial Zone to 250.

The Hodelpachain also operates top hotels in Santiago, the country’s second largest city, and in Juan Dolio, the fast-growing tourism enclave situated some 45 minutes east of Santo Domingo.

In Santiago, the chain operates the Hodelpa Gran Almirante, the Hodelpa Court and the Hodelpa Centro Plaza. In Juan Dolio, the all-inclusive Emotions by Hodelpa – situated right on the beach – and the Hodelpa Garden Suites & Golf, in the Metro Country Club.
