The Golden Apple Awards and the Crystal Apple Awards are issued based on the opinions of hundreds of thousands of travelers who answered the Apple Satisfaction Survey.

Guests evaluate and give scores to services received by the staff as well as the quality of food services, facilities, beach activities and overall programs.

The hotels with the highest ratings receive the Golden Apple Award, and the hotel considered the best in its category receives the Crystal Apple Award, the most prestigious award issued by Apple Vacations.
