The property will be built on 85,000 square meters and will operate as an all-inclusive 517-room facility. Four hundred and five of these rooms will feature a separate bedroom and living room. The remaining 112 will be junior suites.
It will also feature 10 restaurants, including three adults-only restaurants, 12 bars, spa, theater, a 3800-meter lake-size swimming pool, among others.
The facility will be a five-star luxury resort, and construction will take some 14 months.
