The internationally renowned Wine Spectator magazine issued for a third consecutive year the “Award of Excellence” to the hotel’s Gourmond Restaurant. The magazine’s decision was based on the restaurant’s extensive collection of top-rated wines, and an accompanying exquisite menu.
The magazine’s Award of Excellence is the first of the three top awards it issues annually in the “Restaurant Wine List” category. To date, the Sivory Punta Cana is the only hotel in the Dominican Republic which has its restaurant in the prestigious Wine Spectator list.

Sivory Punta Cana
