The first annual “Casa de Campo Food and Wine Festival 2015” will be held from August 21-23 at the world-famous resort, situated in La Romana, on the country’s eastern region. National and international experts from the food and wine industries have confirmed their participation.
The resort’s bars and six restaurants will become center stage during the Festival.
Festival organizers have announced the celebration of innovative and top-quality lunches, dinners and brunches. Also on schedule will be the presentation and tasting of refreshing cocktails, national and international beers, wines and other premium spirits.

The list of participants includes world-renowned Spanish chef Anthony Masas; Swedish chef Erik Malmsten, with extensive experience in 1, 2 and 3 Michelin-star restaurants in Europe and America, and a current chef and partner of O.Livia, Trattoria Francesco, Brasserie Julieta and Bar La Posta restaurants.

Casa de Campo currently features the following top-rated restaurants: “La Cana by Il Circo,” featuring seafood, meats and wines; “The Beach Club by Le Cirque”, an elegant beachfront restaurant; “La Piazzetta,” offering gourmet Italian cuisine; “La Casita Marina,” excellent seafood and tapas, and the “Lake Grill,” for casual dining.
