The third annual Punta Cana Food & Wine Festival 2015 will be held May 29-30 at the Hotel Grand Iberostar and at the “La Yola” Restaurant, situated at the Puntacana Resort & Club marina, on the country’s easternmost region.
The restaurant has been distinguished by the American Automobile Association (AAA) 3-Diamond award.
World-renowned Spanish chef Pepe Solla, a recipient of the prestigious Michelin Star and the “Tres Soles Repsol” award, and chefs from the Puntacana Resort & Club, headed by Marco Antonio Paz, will also participate.
This year the festival will be held at the “Espacio Tropicana,” where many Punta Cana hotels and restaurants will come together in this great gastronomic festival.
The festival program includes many activities that are open to the general public.
Tickets for other events can be purchased through Uepa Tickets and the San Juan Shopping Center, in Punta Cana. Travel Plus is organizing tours, which also include accommodations.
The Punta Cana Food & Wine Festival is organized by Creato, a marketing agency, and is sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism with the support of the East Coast Hotel Association, the Puntacana Resort & Club, the Iberostar Hotels and the Plaza San Juan Shopping Center.
