Occidental Hotel Chain Now Offers Direct Personal Guest Services

The Spanish Occidental Hotels & Resorts chain has introduced the Guest Experience Manager position in all its facilities in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. The office will be the main contact for guests on site.

The Guest Experience will be the most important contact for guests staying at Occidental hotel facilities.

The Guest Experience team is responsible for reading and responding to all customer feedback in a timely manner.

It will also make sure guests truly enjoy their vacation time at the hotel, including scheduling outside activities such as excursions and private dinners.
