The Grand Palladium resorts in Punta Cana, run by the Palladium Hotel Group, won first place in the category “Ranking Top Companies in Central America and the Caribbean 2014,” due to the chain’s very impressive job satisfaction rates. The Mexican-based Top Companies carried out the survey.
The Palladium Punta Cana received an impressive 89% approval. Hotels are evaluated globally, by country and by brand.
The company, jointly with the Mexican business magazine “Expansion,” studies the performance (qualitative and quantitative) of national and international companies.
Out of the 16 categories analyzed, the Palladium Hotels received excellent evaluations in 1, including leadership, job satisfaction, communications, social responsibility, motivation and working conditions.
