The Spanish-based airline announced two new weekly flights between Madrid’s international airport and La Romana, on the country’s eastern region.
The flights are scheduled for Mondays and Saturdays, bringing to 12 the airline’s weekly flights to Dominican international airports.
Air Europa operates a daily flight between Madrid and Las Americas International Airport, three times a week to Punta Cana International Airport and now two to La Romana.
Flights depart the Spanish capital at 4 p.m. and at 10 p.m. from La Romana.
The airline will use an Airbus 333-300 for these flights.
This particular aircraft is considered to be a jewel of modern air travel because of its sophisticated technology and beautiful interior design which provide passengers with more comfortable seats and generous spaces between aisles.
The aircraft has capacity for 388 seats in the economy class.
