World-famous pop singers Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Luis Miguel will bring their international tours to the Dominican Republic this fall.
The tours confirm that the D.R. has become an important destination in the Caribbean for many international artists.
Bieber, the pop idol who has sold over 15 million albums in his short career, will bring his Believe World Tour to the Dominican Republic on October 22.
The concert will be held at the Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic.
The Tour began in September 2012 in the U.S. and, since then, has been presented in Canada, Ireland, the UK, Portugal, Spain and France.
This will be the first presentation in the country of the Canadian-born teen idol. However, this will be his second visit to the country, where he previously vacationed in the world-famous Casa de Campo resort, in the country’s eastern region.
Pop-singer Rihanna will present her Diamonds World Tour on October 26 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, on the country’s easternmost region.
Cuban singer Pitbull presented his concert at the Altos de Chavon Amphitheater, in La Romana, on September 21, to benefit a children’s orphanage in La Romana.
Mexican pop singer Luis Miguel will sing his most popular romantic song at the Altos de Chavon Amphitheater on November 2.
Luis Miguel has been taking his “The Hits Tour” throughout the world during the last three years.
