Riu Bambu Punta Cana among the world’s best all-inclusive hotels


The Hotel Riu Bambu, situated in the Punta Cana region, was recently included among the “Top 10 All-Inclusive Hotels” of the world, in a listing published by the Thomas Cook tour operator.

The 560-room facility features two restaurants, three bars, a kids club, jacuzzi, gymnasium and spa.

Thousands of Thomas Cook customers issued their vote in famous of the hotel.

They chose the Hotel Riu Bambu for its excellent customer service, and overall quality offered by the facility.

Customers voted for a list of 600 hotels situated throughout the world, published by the tour operator in the winter season 2012/2013 catalog.

The Club Hotel Riu Bambu features 560 rooms, two restaurants, three bars, a kids club, jacuzzi, gymnasium and spa.

The hotel belongs to the Punta Cana Riu hotel chain, which includes Riu Taino, Bambu, Palace Macao and Palace Punta Cana.  All together, these hotels feature 1,500 rooms.

The Riu Hotels & Resorts is a Spanish-based chain, founded in 1953 by the Riu family.

Today, the chain features more than 100 hotels in 16 countries, 25,000 employees and annually receives more than three million customers.

Sixty percent of the Riu Hotels & Resorts features all-inclusive packages, and the chain is the third largest Spanish hotel chain.
