The Dominican Republic will be the featured nation in the Latin America and Europe Tourism, Art and Culture International Exhibit (“Euroal”), to be held from June 6-8 at the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions in the city ofMalaga, Spain.
This annual event brings together various sectors of the tourism industry. This year some 31 countries are scheduled to participate. The Dominican Republic’s 96-square meter stand will feature a folkloric dance troupe and will showcase many of the country’s finest arts and crafts, and the cocoa industry.
Some eighty exhibitors will be distributed throughout the 5,500 square meter convention hall. The program will include training on such important issues as management of travel agencies, technology, conferences, dining and the working environment. It will also feature an exclusive program for the professional traveler.
