Internationally famous Spanish singers will be bringing their world-class acts in the upcoming months to the Dominican Republic.
Joan Manuel Serrat, Joaquin Sabina, Diego el Cigala, José Luis Perales and Raphael will delight audiences during their visits to Santo Domingo and Punta Cana, one of the Caribbean’s most important tourism destinations.
World-famous singers to visit the DR
Spanish singer Raphael will present his latest production, “The Reunion,” in Santo Domingo’s National Theater on Saturday, September 29. He will delight audiences with his most popular hits from the past 50 years.
Joan Manuel Serrat and Joaquín Sabina, catering to a younger generation, will be performing in Santo Domingo’s Sports Palace on Wednesday, November 7.
Diego el Cigala: The Spanish singer, with deep Gypsy roots, will return to the capital city on November 22. He will present his latest production, “Flamenco and Tango,” at the National Theater.
Jose Luis Perales, the eternal romantic, will also be at the National Theater on November 23-24, with his “Calle Soledad” concert. In his long career, Perales has sold more than 50 million albums.
Puerto Rico Salsa great, Gilberto Santa Rosa, will present a special Christmas concert at the National Theater, December 14-15.
Latin Music Tour
The 2012 edition of the “Latin Music Tour” will be held from September 22-24 at Hard Rock Punta Cana Hotel. Performers will include Victor Manuelle (salsa), Hector Acosta “El Torito” (bachata and merengue) and the Hermanos Rosario (merengue).
